If you do not agree, do not use this Site or engage our services.
The Company offers the following categories of services:
Wholesale vehicle acquisition and sourcing
International vehicle registration strategy and structuring
Fleet structuring, entity formation guidance, and dealer licensing advisory
International vehicle sourcing through affiliated entities
Government fleet contracting (SAM.gov registered)
Lifestyle concierge services, in partnership with The Upgrade Society
Digital educational products including eBooks and guides
Paid consultations (by request and mutual agreement only)
Service availability, pricing, and scope are determined on a case-by-case basis. Engagement of services does not create an attorney-client, financial advisory, or fiduciary relationship of any kind.
The Company sells digital educational products, including eBooks and downloadable guides, through the Site. All sales of digital products are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
Digital products are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon payment confirmation.
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales of digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You are purchasing access to informational content only. Digital products do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of digital content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Consultations are offered at the Company's discretion and are arranged individually upon client inquiry. Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated prior to engagement and may be collected via Stripe payment link or other agreed method. Consultation payments are non-refundable once the session has been delivered or scheduled.
Vehicle acquisition, sourcing, and related services are governed by separate written agreements executed between the Company and the client. These Terms apply to Site use and digital products only and do not supersede or replace any bespoke service agreement. Vehicle transactions typically involve wire transfers, cashier's checks, or other non-digital payment instruments as agreed between the parties.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, digital products, service descriptions, case studies, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of More4Less Motors LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting the Company

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MORE4LESS MOTORS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY SERVICE, OR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites including but not limited to The Upgrade Society, More4LessExotics GmbH, Stripe, and social media platforms. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
