All sales of digital products, including eBooks, downloadable guides, educational materials, and any other electronically delivered content, are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
By completing a purchase of a digital product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
The digital product is delivered instantly and electronically upon payment confirmation.
Once delivered, the content cannot be returned, recalled, or made inaccessible to you.
You have been made aware of the no-refund policy prior to purchase, in accordance with Stripe's requirements for digital goods.
The no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have opened, read, downloaded, or accessed the content.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after digital delivery will be contested with full documentation of delivery and this policy.
This policy complies with Stripe's terms of service for digital goods and is consistent with industry standards for instantly delivered digital products.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. If a scheduled consultation is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to reschedule any consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full credit or rescheduled session will be offered.
Vehicle sourcing, acquisition, registration strategy, and all other bespoke automotive concierge services are governed by separate written service agreements executed between the Company and the client. Refund and cancellation terms for such services are determined exclusively by those agreements. This policy does not apply to vehicle transactions.
Refunds may be considered solely in the following circumstances:
The digital product file is corrupted, undeliverable, and cannot be replaced with a functional version.
A duplicate purchase was made in error within 24 hours of the original transaction, and the content has not been accessed.
All exception requests must be submitted to info@m4lm.com within 48 hours of purchase with the order reference and a description of the issue. The Company's determination is final.
